International Shipping

The Navigation Company ships only to addresses within the European Union and the EEA. Shipping outside of the EU or EEA is unavailable online. Shipping to outside the UK will require further security information and I.D. to be provided by the purchaser.

We only accept Credit cards which are registered in the UK with a UK billing address. If you wish to purchase from us then the only other method available is by Bank Transfer. Once funds have cleared only then will we dispatch the goods. Please allow 3-5 working days for funds to clear.

UK Military Personnel Overseas

We are able to supply VAT free to UK military personnel overseas, provided that:
1. The purchase is for personal use for the person ordering or
2. Official use for the body (ie NATO).
3. (you must confirm which) and,
4. You must provide an authorised order on headed paper (by supervising officer) quoting Article 15:10 of EC Directive 77/388/EEC claiming exemption from VAT

Tax-Free Purchases for non-EU Tourists

If you are a tourist from outside the European Union you are able to benefit from Value Added Tax relief on your GPS purchase whilst in the UK under the Retail Export Scheme. The scheme works in the following way.
1. We charge VAT at the point of sale.
2. Ask us for a Retail Export Scheme certificate to be included with your goods. (This is done by ticking the appropriate checkbox at the checkout).
3. Get this certificate stamped by HM Customs & Excise at your point of departure from the country. This must be within three months of the purchase date. 4. Return the form to us for your VAT refund. Your refund will be applied to the same credit card as was used to make the purchase less our £5 administration charge for undertaking this service.

VAT Territory of the EC (as at 01/05/08)

EU(non UK) companies whom wish to make a VAT free purchase must provide their VAT number at the point of purchase. Please remember if you have a group number to add the three digits after the main number. Please remember to add the country description before the VAT number. Eg GBXXXXXXXX
