Any items which develop a fault after 28 days of purchase will be serviced by the manufacturer, under the manufacturers warranty conditions. This warranty or guarantee is in addition to your consumer rights. The manufacturers should be contacted directly on the following numbers

Most items carry 12 months' warranty. Exclusions include accessories or ancillary parts. CD's are not warrantied against scratches or any other damage incurred from usage or accidental damage.

Damage caused to any equipment by misuse, accidental or otherwise, is not covered. TheNavigationCompany.com do not cover theft of fascia panels, navigation or audio main units or any other item. TheNavigationCompany will not be liable for any loss from products sent to manufacturers that fail to be delivered or are delivered damaged.
